135 pound Hang power cleans, 15 reps
15 Burpees. For time.
Sounds easy enough, yeah right.
I subbed 95 lbs. rest as rx'd
7:16 I was dripping sweat for 10 minutes after. I am amazed how these workouts get the heart rate up.
